Instaabook software and user agreement

Thank you for selecting instaabook accounting software. This agreement is valid agreement between you and instaabook. By clicking on “I agree” all terms and conditions after you are eligible to use instaabook software. If you do not agree this agreement, you may not use this software.  

Agreement

This agreement describe terms which you are use of the instaabook software, including content, updatation, and many more. This software is secured by copy rights, trade secret and alternative properties laws. you're only  granted bound restricted rights install and use the software, and instaabook reserves all alternative rights within the software not granted to you in writing.As long as you meet any applicable payment obligations and suits this Agreement,  grants you a private, limited, nonexclusive, inalienable , revocable license to use the package just for the amount of use provided within the ordering and activation terms, as set in this Agreement, or in accordance with instaabook then-current product termination policies, as updated from time to time, and only for the needs represented by instaabook for the software.

Your knowledge and agree that the software is licensed based not for redistribution or sale. If you are not agree to use, not permit for third party to use. This agreement have some violations and regulations if you are agree you will have no to do some things.

• Provides access or give to the software or any part of software to third or any party.
• Reproductaion, duplicate, copy, modify, sell or re-sell to the software.
• Permit any third party to benefit and transfer your license to any other party.
• Not attempt access to any other systems that are not part of the software.
• Your account access will be valid once time in one computer or laptop not more than one so don’t try to access your account again and again in any computer.

Payment

For software payment and subscribe basis the following terms and conditions apply.

Payment will be billed in Indain rupee, and your account will be debited when you subscribed and provide your payment information.

You must pay with one of the following terms.

1. A valid crebit card acceptable.
2. A valid dedit card acceptable.
3. If you are paying money with debit card you have sufficient balance in your sving and current account.
4. If you want to pay money with anthore options , instaabook provides you in writing.

If your payment and registration payment information is not true, incomplete or any chnges needed you will not notify us we will terminate your account or may be suspend.

If any update in your payment method like expiry date of credit card and checque so you must have to try or update about your payment information and you authorized to continue billing your account with the updations that we are obtain.  

Instaabook automatically renew your account six months,or annually subscription  unless software subscription  is cancelled or terminated your account or in this agreement.

Changes

We have a right to change agreement any time , and the changes will be effective for our website and software . We must change our software or discontinue if both the parties have a long terms agreement we will provide you our service .

Terms and Conditions

• After agreement you may not terminate your account if any emergency case you have and valid reason you have you can do but money will be  not refunded by us.
• You cant share or re-distribution our software.
• Login once time at one computer after we will not liable for any things.
• Once free 15 days trial are geeting overed our software will give one notification if you are ignored it and not responsding them after money will deducted by automatically.
• Changes are always needed so we can do any time .
• Our promise to you we will never change our price of package but any changes are done by government or any thing we will sure change our price in maintaince cost.
•   Instaabook is not liabale for any damages like you share you share your data with third party and your personal information.
• We’ll promise you we’re share your data with anyone.
• We are always take backup for your information and if you want to check it which things are we taken and what we should do you can check it.
•  Relations between Instaabook and you shall not be partnership , joint venture ,agency or any other relations.
• Instaabook neither authorized to enter into contract or assume to behalf of them.
